Dr. Ashish Rawandale; a urologist and Dr. Preeti Rawandale; an ophthalmologist are from Dhule, Maharashtra.
Ashish did his schooling from Pune. Then did his MBBS degree from B.J Medical college, Pune and MS from Sassoon General Hospital. After that he completed his M.Ch. is Urology from Bombay Hospital. He also completed DNB in Urology from AIIMS, New Delhi. He then went to Singapore and did a fellowship. He got the offer to go to Detroit as a robotic surgeon but he rejected the offer and got back to Dhule again for practice. He is a Guinness Record Holder twice.
About the company P-Flow
It seems to be very awkward when a patient is asked about several diseases like prostate, male infertility, female infertility, repeated urinary infections etc. For checking out these problems doctors suggest a test called Uroflowmetry; for which a patient needs to visit hospitals for two-three days for that test. So inorder to solve this problem, they have invented P-flow, which is the world’s first portable and disposable kit that replaces the conventional Uroflowmetry test. Patients can test herself/himself with this kit and the result will be sent to mobile via messages.Both of them have nearly same equity about 35% each.
P-flow kit is available on their own website and marketplaces like Amazon. They have achieved around 95% accuracy with their kit.

The cost of their kit is around 1000 rupees and can be used for 3 tests.The COGS cost is Rs.130 and the packaging cost is around Rs.70. Gross profit is around 800 rupees. 650 units have been sold till the month of September,22 starting from January’22. They are not selling their products on large scale. When they will start selling their products; in future they projected a gross margin of 500 rupees per unit. Then the projected revenue will be around 2.5 lakhs per day.
