Puneet and Jatin are childhood friends. They met with Amit from an industrial connection. They started their company in the year 2017 and utilizing the covid time they have made the world’s no. 1 eye check-up software brand to date.

About the company CureSee

30 crore people suffer from a lazy eye or Amblyopia which is not getting correct vision even after wearing spectacles. The treatment when we visit to check our eyes is wearing an eye patch. So in order to solve the issue of wearing uncomfortable eye patches, CureSee was found. CureSee is the world’s first artificial intelligence-based vision therapy website which focuses on 3 problems of the human eye:

  • Squint eye.

Namita offers 40 lakhs rupees for 10% equity in the company.
Peyush offers 2 deals:

  • 1 crore rupees for 25% equity.
  • 40 lakhs for 10% equity.

Namita counters offer 40 lakhs for 7.5% equity with increased valuation.
Pitcher counters offer40 lakhs for 7.5% equity to Peyush as they want him to close the deal with them.
Namita again counters for 40 lakhs in exchange of 5% equity.
Peyush’s counters offer 50 lakhs for 10% equity.

The deal was finalized with Peyush for 50 lakhs rupees in exchange for 10% equity in the company.
